A Client of mine recently purchased (4) Dell Optiplex 3020 PC's. He got them pre-loaded with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. After we got them, we found out that his practice software will not run on 64-bit OS.
(16-bit application) So I thought I could reload them using my OEM Win7 Pro 32-bit DVD, but now they won't activate. (I used the original Product Key) Dell Tech support tells me I 'must' reload them using a Dell branded media disk before they will activate. Does anyone know where I can get a Dell Win 7 Pro 32-bit install disk? If so, Part Number? Dole construction safety and health program sample. Thanks in advance.
